Basil Chambers is a handsome Grade II Listed building wedged between the Northern Quarter’s trendiest location High St & Nicholas Croft. Named after Basil David who operated numerous textile companies from the building.

Select Interiors won the tender and completely refurbished
the 4th floor introducing new enlarged W.C. block & showers within a compact core for client Gerald David and Holmes Terry & Co
The building & refurbishment works included: demolition, extensive new drainage, mechanical, electrical, LED lighting, plumbing, partitioning, toughened glass partitions, solid timber flooring, kitchens, bespoke joinery, ceramic tiling and decoration. The programme of works was completed over a 6-week programme
